Terms and Conditions — we 999c Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to we 999c, accessible at we999c.org. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules and regulations for using our platform. This includes all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other features available through we 999c.

By registering an account, accessing the site or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. We 999c reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address or confirmation of payment method ownership. Accounts may be suspended during the verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in permanent account closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — private and secure. We 999c will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.

If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission, you must notify us immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. We 999c cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to keep their login details secure or has shared them with another person.

You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access your balance. Each account is personal and non-transferable.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4 .1 Deposits

All transactions on we 999c are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your account promptly after successful payment confirmation. We 999c does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly. We 999c is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification being complete on your account before processing.

Processing times vary by method but we 999c aims to handle all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard timeframe displayed at the point of request, please contact support. We 999c reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before releasing funds, particularly for large withdrawal amounts.

Any balance derived from bonus funds that does not meet the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

We 999c offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the relevant Promotions page for each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated in the offer terms before you opt in.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the offer. Uncompleted bonuses will expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates for each bonus are stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing bets on all outcomes to guarantee a profit, or any other strategy deemed exploitative by we 999c — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A maximum single bet limit applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided. The maximum bet amount is stated in the specific offer terms.

We 999c reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be notified of any material changes.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on we 999c, covering Cricket (including PSL and T20 internationals), Football, Esports and all other available markets:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. We 999c reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed the stated maximum stake for a market or bets placed after the event has started where in-play betting is not explicitly offered.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment or postponement beyond a defined period; obvious pricing errors; or where we 999c has reasonable grounds to believe the market was compromised. Void bets are returned to your account at the original stake amount.

6.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected markets including PSL matches, T20 internationals and Football fixtures. Odds fluctuate in real time during in-play events. We 999c is not responsible for any technical delays between live events and in-play odds updates. In-play bets accepted in error after an event conclusion will be voided.

6.4 PSL and Cricket Specific Rules

For Pakistan Super League and all T20/international cricket markets, match result bets require the match to be completed to a legitimate result for settlement. In the case of weather-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted as official for settlement purposes. Match abandonment without any balls bowled will result in all bets being voided and stakes returned.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on we 999c and will result in immediate account suspension, possible permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Opening or operating more than one account
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing or exploitation of errors in odds or game software
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Accessing the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order
• Any activity that we 999c determines to be fraudulent, dishonest or harmful to the integrity of the platform

We 999c cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected fraud or financial crime. Any funds found to be connected with fraudulent activity will be withheld pending investigation.

8. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in a legitimately operated account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

We 999c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of serious breach — fraud, multiple accounts, bonus abuse or prohibited activity — any balance on the account may be forfeited. We 999c's decision in such matters is final.

9. Privacy and Data

We 999c collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We 999c will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention agencies where necessary to operate the platform securely.

10. Responsible Gaming
